Our Story
Our passion for beer started as homebrewers. After the modernization of local alcohol laws, we became interested in opening a taproom focused on serving the city of Norman. Originally from Norman, OK we knew the community wanted a local craft beer experience, whereas before they weren’t truly given many options to enjoy products on site. Co-Owner & Head Brewer, Stephen Basey was retiring from the Navy at that time, so everything felt serendipitous.
We opened our doors November 17th of 2017, and have been relishing in the excitement ever since. The three Owners are Holly Basey-Swanson (Business Manager), Stephen Swanson (Taproom Manager) & Stephen Basey (Head Brewer).
