Stan first found Lazy Circles the way any good craft beer fan does — he came to check out the tap room when it opened, and it was the great beer, friendly staff, and good people that kept him coming back. Ask him to pick a favorite brew and he'll tell you it's a toss-up between a Juicy Pale Ale and a Russian Imperial Stout — so many choices, so little time! Outside the brewery, Stan's a passionate gardener who grows a variety of vegetables and puts up enough to last all year (give him Anaheim peppers, or give him death). If you asked young Stan for advice, he'd tell him to listen more and ask for help once in a while — you don't have to figure everything out on your own.

His favorite quote comes from Frank Zappa: "You can't be a real country unless you have a beer and an airline. It helps if you have some kind of a football team, or some nuclear weapons, but at the very least you need a beer."
